When you buy direct from us, we shall do our best to send your license quickly. For the fastest service use our online store as most orders are processed within 15 minutes, and phone orders within 90 minutes, with license keys delivered by e-mail. Serial Scientific International is pleased to offer all potential customers the chance to evaluate our products before committing to a purchase decision. You can download trial versions of our software products valid for 30 days and decide if our products fit your requirements. - see download section - After you are satisfied with your evaluation; You do not have to download and run the software again, just enter the license key in the demo version of the software, and it will be transformed into the full version.

We accept:

  • Credit Cards: Visa and MasterCard and AMEX
  • Purchase Orders: Payment due in full according to the terms of your contract
  • Direct Deposit: Please contact your SSI Account Coordinator to receive the banking details. (Applies to large orders)
 
Most online orders are processed within 15 minutes and phone orders within 90 minutes during business hours. Some orders may require manual processing and may take up to one business day. License keys will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order. If it has been more than one business day since you placed your order, please contact us with the order number provided in your order confirmation message.

Purchase orders from Fortune 500 companies and educational institutions may be arranged for orders over $500. When a purchase order is received by us no key is sent untill full payment has been received. Please see the Purchase Orders page for more information.
 
If your evaluation software is still current, you can keep all the settings and activate the trial version. After you purchase a license you should unlock the software and register it within 30 days.
 
Your License includes access to all new software updates for 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months you can continue to receive updates by paying an optional yearly subscription.
 
No. When an evaluation copy expires, it only stops working. Once you buy a license and enter a valid license key, you can continue to use the software with your previously saved settings, and preferences. You also do not need to download a new copy or reinstall once you purchase a license

We do not offer site licenses for direct purchase, however site Licenses can be made available for yearly software subscriptions only. Questions on site, volume, or enterprise licensing can be answered by contacting Sales directly.
