Scientific International, Inc. (SSI) Software Refund Policy
SSI believes
strongly that no customer should have to buy software in order to find out how
well it works. Software purchases should be based on thorough evaluation of the
most current, fully functional technology. Users should be able to test every
feature of a software package for functionality and compatibility. All Serial
Scientific International Inc. (SSI) Software products are available for a 30-day
evaluation. Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the software prior to
purchasing a software license. Evaluation software may be downloaded from the
SSI web site, is fully functional, and includes complete online documentation.
During the evaluation period, technical support is available by contacting
customer-support@e-securion.com.
During the
first 15 days following your purchase, if our software fails to work properly
for you because of specific issues, bugs, or logical errors and you want a
refund you must:
1.
Submit a Request for Support immediately to the following URL:
http://www.e-securion.com/Public/App_E-Securion/Support/Ask.aspx
If we cannot
provide you with a solution during the 15 days following your Request for
Support, we will refund 100% of your purchase price if you decide to
discontinue use of SSI, Inc. software.

Submit the Software Refund Request Form by email to:

within 15 days of purchasing a license.
The email

A formal request for refund provided by customer

This request must include a reasonable explanation for the desire to
return the product
·
The request must cite the specific issues, bugs, or logical errors that
prevent deployment or daily use of the software
·
The order number of your purchase, found on the purchase receipt which
was emailed to you
·
The license key number that was issued for your purchased product
·
Your mailing address
Note that SSI
reserves the right to issue no refunds.
Refunds
requested more than 15 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued
unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.
CREDIT CARD
PURCHASES
You
agree to be bound by special terms and handling related to credit card purchases
as follows:

You waive the right to initiate credit card charge reversals on your
credit card as a method of obtaining a refund, and you agree to all of the
preceding procedures for obtaining a refund.

You agree that any credit card charge reversals initiated by you will
constitute theft, and may result in criminal action to be taken against you by
SSI.

If you purchased one of our software products through a retail outlet,
consultant or reseller, please contact the seller to determine their return
policy.
If you are
issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 7 days.
Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall or stop using any software
products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license. SSI, Inc.
reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to
you for the refunded products. Since our software and licenses are not
tangible goods that you can return for credit, all refunds require a signed
Declaration of Software Removal & License Destruction. Once it has been
determined that you are entitled to a refund according to the terms of this
Software Refund Policy, we will email you a copy of the Declaration of
Software Removal & License Destruction. No refunds will be issued until
we receive a faxed copy of the Declaration of Software Removal & License
Destruction completely filled out and properly signed.
SSI, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Software Refund Policy at its
discretion. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective
immediately after posting of the revised Software Refund Policy on SSI, Inc.'s
web sites. You agree to periodically review our web site, including the current
version of our Software Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on
our web sites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such
revisions.
